Collagen (Hydrolysed)
Hydrolysed marine collagen, also known as 'Type 1', is made of peptides which come from fish and their scales. The process of hydrolysing it is intended to give it better absorption into the bloodstream. This type of collagen is also the most plentiful in the body, so it makes sense to use a supplement that contains the type you need the most. In addition, it is also more sustainable as it is sourced from parts of fish which are typically unused. Hydrolysed collagen is an anti-ageing supplement. It is said to reduce wrinkles, alleviate joint pain, improve bone health and more.
Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in all our bodies. Ascophyllum nodosum is commonly known as rockweed and is abundantly distributed throughout the northwest coast of Europe. It soothes irritation and boosts circulation to aid cell renewal and the elimination of impurities.

Ceramosides are a wheat extract that helps to restore natural skin ceramides. Rather than applying ceramides in skincare products, ceramosides encourage ceramide production from within. Ceramosides help keep the skin hydrated and help prevent the breakdown of collagen by enhancing ceramide production.

Ash Extract (leaf)
As part of the Oleaceae family, the ash tree is cited in the French pharmacopoeia for its leaves which boast properties that are effective since they are:
– laxative and diuretic which helps reduce cellulite. Great to ingest together with a diet to enhance the evacuation of waste through urine.
– anti-inflammatory and antirhumatismal to soothe arthritis, arthrosis, and rheumatism. It’s also recommended to alleviate bouts of gout.
Guarana Extract (seed)
Guarana (Paullinia cupana) is a plant native to the Amazon. It is used for weight loss, to enhance athletic performance, as a stimulant, and to reduce mental and physical fatigue. It is a frequent addition to energy and weight loss products. Some people also use guarana to treat low blood pressure and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and to prevent malaria and dysentery.
Green Tea Extract (leaf)
Green tea is loaded with polyphenol antioxidants, including a catechin called EGCG. These antioxidants can have various beneficial effects on health. It also contains the amino acid L-theanine, which can work synergistically with caffeine to improve brain function.

Quackgrass, also known as Couch Grass, has been used for thousands of years in herbal medicine. It protects against ingested toxins and bacteria, helping to regulate intestinal flora, relaxing and soothing via the endodermal lining of the gut and protecting against gastric acidity. Quackgrass rhizome contains inositol – a compound that prevents the accumulation of fat and cholesterol in the liver. It is an expectorant herb that helps to alleviate irritating coughs, bronchitis and laryngitis.

Dandelion leaves act as a diuretic, increasing the amount of urine your body makes. The leaves are used to stimulate the appetite and help digestion. Dandelion flower has antioxidant properties. Dandelion may also help improve the immune system.
Kola Extract (seed)
The kola nut is the fruit of the kola tree (Cola acuminata and Cola nitida), indigenous to West Africa. Kola nut powder and extract may help digestion. They are thought to promote the production of gastric acid, which increases digestive enzyme effectiveness in the stomach. The caffeine and theobromine in the kola nut may speed up the heart rate, which increases circulation.
